ΣΥΝΤΟΜΗ ΠΕΡΙΛΗΨΗ
The object of this paper is to report on research concerning the paper title, which was presented at the recent (June 2006) International Conference on Technology Policy and Innovation, which took place on the island of Santorini, Greece. Specifically, the first author was the conference co-ordinator, the second author chaired the International Organising Committee, and the third author was an invited expert on emerging aspects of the bio-based economy, such as the concept of the biorefinery.
